This game was a hard fought affair,Mags gave Rangi a real good push but in the end Rosa was just tooo deep

Palmy vs Christ’s

Palmerston got out to a 16 point lead as Christ boys couldn’t shoot a piss in the ocean if they were port side on a boat .Midway thru the 1st Max Darling seem to find his rhythm and led his team back with 12 unanswered points, the ball game stayed close for its entirety and points were as rare as rocking horse with the half time scores total less than 50 points combined & the final tally of 50-47 seeing the scores no one could blame you for thinking this game was a SNOOZE FEST  But trust me when I tell ya ,it was anything BUT !!!! Palmy gets the win.

Westlake vs Rongotai

This games 1st half was completely controlled from the defensive glass.  Rongotai got second attempt at the hoop ummm try NEVER  and that led to Westlake run outs half time score 40-22. 3rd period 61-45 baskets traded in the 4th final haul 76-56 to the ‘’LAKE’’

Rangitoto vs ABG

This game was a battle of the BEEF big bodied players on both sides and gawd dammm.  They BANGED.  1st half score 40-40.

Mid thru the 3rd ABG went on a 9-0 run ,baskets were traded then a few thefts from Logan McIntosh helped cut down the deficit end of the 3rd 58-54 to ABG.  3min into the final quarter 4missed bunnies from ABG and the McIntosh 2 Foto connection get rollin, Rangi go ahead by 4 a few crazy sequences and the score is 72-67 to Rangi wit 69 tics left ABG layup cuts the lead to 3 Rangi come away with [jack ] on their end ABG score again it’s a 1 point game with 31sec Rangi missed fired ABG retrieve the long rebound come down and score again ABG up 1 with 12 tick left Rangi inbounds and looses the ball ABG get fouled hit a free throw ang game over ABG get a well deserved DUB.
